Sara Banaszak, Senior Economist

Energy is an important part of Solano’s economic activity and impacts our daily lives. In a world in which there is no more “business as usual”, Sara Banaszak will talk about local implications of the global and national energy outlook. In addition, Sara will discuss the vital role that oil and natural gas plays in energy efficiency through new problem-solving technologies.
As senior economist at API since 2005 Sara is the spokesperson on policy specializing in natural gas. Before joining API, she directed PFC Energy’s North American Gas Policy Service (GPS) and advised clients on global and domestic natural gas strategies.
