support those clusters. However, not all the assets are in place.
Robert will discuss using industry clusters as strategic assets to identify
attraction, retention and expansion targets by considering what is
missing (attraction), what is here and necessary (retention) and how to support
growth (expansion). Using
the lens of running a business helps frame strategic economic development.
